Whose it is

Card names, card images, card text, set names and logos on this site belong to CD PROJEKT RED, WeirdCo and their artists and licensors. They are shown for identification, reference and play. We are not the rights holders and we claim nothing in them. This is an unofficial fan work and is not approved/endorsed by CD PROJEKT RED. The site is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CD PROJEKT RED, WeirdCo, or R. Talsorian Games. The Cyberpunk Trading Card Game is published by WeirdCo under license from CD PROJEKT RED.

Rights holders: the short way

If you own something shown here and want it changed or removed, email [email protected]. We act within one business day, and you do not need the formal notice below to be heard.

Sending a copyright notice

If you own a copyright and believe something on this site infringes it, send a notice to [email protected] or by post to David Hochstadter, 453 S Spring St, Ste 400 PMB 1126, Los Angeles, CA 90013. Include:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• the work you say is infringed;
• the material and where it is on this site (the page address);
• how to reach you (address, phone, email);
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We remove or disable the material promptly, tell the person who posted it, and keep a record of the notice.

Counter-notice

If something you posted was removed by mistake, send a counter-notice to the same address with: your signature; the material and where it was; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or the Central District of California if you are outside the United States) and your acceptance of service from the person who sent the notice. We forward the counter-notice to them and restore the material in 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that receive repeated valid notices are closed.
