PREDICT, explained: a trained AI model and real ranked games

Your deck's predicted win rate is not a formula someone typed in. The headline number comes from real ranked games between players, refreshed every week, and beside it sits a machine learning model trained on over a million simulated games and checked on decks it never saw.

PREDICT is not a formula someone typed in. It learned from play, two kinds of it.

The players. The headline number comes from real ranked games between people: how decks on your three Legends actually do, adjusted for the cards in your list. It refreshes itself every week, and every week it is scored on the games played since. On its first check it predicted those new games better than any simpler guess.

The model. Our simulator played over a million games of Cyberpunk TCG between thousands of decks: every list we could find, our own, and close variants of each. A machine learning model studied those games and learned which cards, Legends, cost curves and Gear make one deck beat another. Then we tested it the honest way, on decks it had never seen, where it beat every simple guess. Cross-validation trained it five times on different groups of decks and confirmed it learned real patterns instead of memorizing lists, and a calibration check confirmed that when it says 60%, about 60% of those games are won.

What you get. Open any of your decks and see its chance to win in ranked play, how it does against every color combination, which cards move the number, and head to head against any other deck, going first or second. The win rate sits at the top of the deck you are building.
